Former students and alumni of Shalom High School can now request High School Transcripts online.
For students transcripts prior to 2026-27 school year, please reach out to MPS for your transcript request through this link.
For students of the 2026-27 school years or after, please complete the online request using this link.

On some browsers the form may not be viewable. If this is the case, you can request a transcript by email. Make sure and let us know: your first and last name used while attending Shalom; your graduation year or the years you attended; your current phone number; and, the complete address where you would like to have your transcript sent.
